WHAT IS A GENERATION TOKEN EVENT OF

[ BLOOMZED CRYPTO CLUB ]

This event is a major generation and distribution of membership tokens among Bloomzed project participants and members of Bloomzed Crypto Club. During the main generation of tokens, project organizers carry out the generation and distribution of tokens among participants, committees, partners, project employees and members of the Bloomzed Crypto Club.

This is the name of the event for the main sale of the BZT membership token, which is required to participate in Bloomzed Crypto Club. It consists of two rounds :

the first round will start on December 19, 2017 at 12:00 UTC + 3, and continue until December 26, 2017, or when it reaches the 5,000 BZT Hard Drive, whichever is earlier
the second round will start on January 17, 2018 at 12:00 UTC + 3, and continue until 17 February 2018, or when it reaches the 45 million BZT Hard Drive, whichever is earlier.

WHAT IS BZT TOKEN

BZT or Bloomzed Token - is a token that serves as a "ticket" to a private club called Bloomed Crypto Club. After buying or receiving it, you can become a member of this club and enjoy all the relevant bonuses and benefits, which amount is determined by the number of BZT owned by the owner of a certain token. You should take into consideration that BZT is not a monetary or other obligation of Bloomzed companies, its partners and / or its structural divisions. Membership tokens can not be cashed for cryptourrency, electronic money or money. Bloomzed Company did not make BZT buyback.

In fact, a membership token is a tool that defines membership in a private club and allows for relevant opportunities and privileges according to participation rules in Bloomzed Crypto Club. Payment for BZT is a membership fee to join the club and is non-refundable.

Participating in the TGE of Bloomed Crypto Club, users understand and fully accept that the purchase of BZT entitles to participate in this project as a member of the Bloomzed Crypto Club. The money donated to the BZT token is an entry fee, and therefore can not be refunded.

BZT distribution is done through smart-contract ERC standard 20.

HOW MANY BZT TOKENS, AND HOW DISTRIBUTION TAKES PLACE

The plan will issue 100 million BZT Distribution plan of membership tokens :

All membership tokens, which will remain after the two rounds of TGE , and those under item 2 above, will be added-up in the long-term operating budget of the project ( item 3 ), which the sponsors of the project will use at their discretion.

1 BZT token = 0.002 ETH
1 ETH = 500 BZT Volume

minimum purchase is 250 BZT tokens,

TGE Bloomzed Crypto Club Bonus program

In the first round of TGE all participants, regardless of the date of entry into the club and purchase volume of BZT, will receive 50 % bonus. In the first week of the second round the amount of bonuses depends on the date of entry into the club :

the first – 25 %;
the second – 20 %;
the third – 15 %;
the fourth – 10 %;
the fifth – 7 %;
the sixth and the seventh – 5 % of bonuses each.

On the eighth day of the second round of TGE bonuses are provided only for the volume. They are charged in the following amount :

3 000–5 000 of BZT tokens – 3 % of bonuses;
5 001–10 000 of BZT tokens – 5 % of bonuses;
10 001–15 000 of BZT tokens – 7 % of bonuses;
from 15 001 of BZT tokens and more – 10 % of bonuses.

How much is BZT

One membership token BZT is 0.002 Eth. The minimum threshold is 0.5 Eth
( 250 tokens ), the maximum is limited only by the availability of the issued BZT.

Participation in various promotions and lotteries from our company and partner organizations.
Opportunity to be the first to access new features and functions of the Bloomzed project.
Special conditions to obtain credit products from our partners.
Special conditions for purchasing insurance products from project partner companies.
Receive special bonuses and discounts provided by partners only to club members.
The Bloomed project allocates to advertising and marketing up to 20% of total profits annually. These funds are used to promote and merchandise the products of our project. Up to half of the marketing budget, our company plans to invest in the issuance of vouchers, which will be available to BZT holders. The voucher will cover 80% of the total cost of services / goods. Vouchers are distributed free of charge and linked to BZT tokens. The number of vouchers per 1 club member depends on the number of BZT tokens of this participant.
