What is ALM BANK

ALMbank is the Ethereal based currency platform that will be the first barter-supported work pool; which focuses on startups, ICO, works of charity and dream projects. TOKEN SALE

ERC20 token parameters

Token contract will be based on the OpenZeppelin library. Token will be compatible with standard token ERC20.

Additional token properties

During ICO token will be mintable. After end of the crowdsale no more tokens will be minted. During ICO token transfers will be only allowed to founder.

CROWDSALE SPECIFICATIONS

Crowdsale will have 2 phases: Pre-ICO and ICO.

PRE-ICO DETAILS

During Pre-ICO the maximum amount of 19,999,800 AALM will be sold.

The token prices purchased during ICO with ether are: 1 ETH = 2000 AALM. The token price purchased with the BTC will be determined based on the median ETH / BTC level on the date of purchase.

ICO DETAILS

During ICO there will be 3 types of bonuses :

Bonus time for initial purchase
The amount of bonuses for bulk purchases
Referral bonus for both referrer and referral

All bonuses are calculated separately and combined Payments will be received to the Crowdsale contract address, which will be published on the website before ICO begins.

Bonus time

At the beginning the bonus time of ICO will be 15% and will drop linearly to zero at the end of ICO. That is, if ICO starts at timestamp S and ends at time stamp E, for every transaction mined in block with timestamp T, TB bonus time will be specified as TB = 15 * (E - T) / (E - S)

Bulk bonus

We also give a bonus for bulk purchases.

less than 1 ETH: no bonus
1 to 3 ETH: 5% bonus
3 to 10 ETH: 10% bonus
10 ETH and more: 15% bonus

Referral bonus

During ICO there will be referral program, where referrers and referrals will receive 5% bonus.

Sample calculation

For example, if the ICO start date is January 1, 2018, 0:00 AM UTC (timestamp S = 1514764800) and the end date is February 1, 2018, 0:00 AM UTC (timestamp E = 1517443200), and Bob, called by Alice, send 4 Ether on January 8, 2018 06:00 PM UTC (timestamp T = 1515434400), she will receive :

Base amount: 4 * 1875 = 7500 AALM.
Bonus time: 15 * (1517443200 - 1515434400) / (1517443200 - 1514764800) = 11.25%
Big bonus: 10%
Both Alice and Bob will also receive a 5% referral bonus.
So for this transaction Bob will receive 7500 + 7500 * (11.25 + 10 + 5) / 100 = 9467 AALM and Alice will receive 7500 * 5/100 = 375 AALM.
